In light of International Women’s Day 2021 and the March 15-26 session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), this virtual conversation was an opportunity to discuss, reflect on, and celebrate efforts to promote greater gender equality within the ILO, with a focus on women and leadership in the ILO worldwide.
